Location
: HCA Healthcare UK, Prestatyn North Wales, Call Centre. LL19 7HT.

Permanent contact, 40 hours a week.

We are actively seeking to recruit customer services focused individuals, who would like to be a part of a world leading private healthcare group, HCA Healthcare UK as a Patient Navigator

You will work part of a great team, based in our Call Centre at Prestatyn in North Wales, the patient network hub which drives patients bookings and enquiries for the our award winning group.

This is a full time opportunity, a permanent contract of 40 hours per week.


Your Typical Day:

  • Working in a large team, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls from our patients, either wanting to book new appointments or follow up appointments or rearranging appointments.
  • You will use your sales and customer service experience to ensure the achievement of all KPI’s, including call quality and appointment targets, ensuring an exceptional level of accuracy at all times. You will have the ability to implement new processes and working methods as required.
  • You will be supported with scripts to be able to response confidently to all enquiries, coupled with digital tools and a great hands on management team, talking and coaching you through our service level agreements.


Skills and Experience required;

Great people skills and professional telephone manner

Good level of education and some previous experience in a customer service environment

Great positive attitude willing to help and accommodate our patients

Excellent communication and IT skills, including Microsoft packages

This role comes with a high level administration, attention to detail is key.
